hello! I’m Kashauna Bailey.

My work centres on parent and baby bonding, connection, and education.

As a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), trained Birth and Postpartum Doula, and Childbirth Educator, I bring together my background in maternal health, community education, and family support to create opportunities for parents and caregivers to connect with their babies.

Through infant massage education, I teach parents and caregivers how to use nurturing touch to strengthen bonding, build confidence, and become more familiar with their babies' cues and communication.

I recognize that bonding looks different for every family. Whether navigating the early months of parenthood or finding ways to connect following a NICU stay, my approach emphasizes compassion and respect for each family's experience.

I offer individual and group infant massage instruction, with virtual and community based options.

My children are my centre. They ground me, guide me, and inspire me every day. Each of my three pregnancies and postpartum journeys was different, deepening my understanding of the joys, challenges, and complexities of becoming a parent. These experiences have influenced not only who I am as a mother, but also the compassion and perspective I bring to my work with families.
I've been working on something! 💛🌼 Sometimes, we feel connection from the beginning. Other times, even when the love is there, it can take time. Connection grows as we learn our babies, recognize their cues, and discover what brings them comfort.
